The Government shall deduct each month from the wages of the person engaged the sum of Four pounds (£4) which amount shall be payable in England to Isabella Hester Ryan the Wife of the person engaged by the Crown Agents for the Colonies on her presenting to them for acceptance a Bill drawn upon them by the Government in her favor. The Bill will be drawn at the current rate of exchange.
14. The person engaged agrees to make no claim upon the Government or on the Crown Agents on account of any fluctuations in the value of the dollar.
15. The Crown Agents for the Colonies shall not be in anywise personally liable for any matters arising out of this Agreement.
